Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and wilt the spinach, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the heat and transfer to a colander. Press out as much excess liquid as possible, then chop the spinach finely.
