Enhanced with optional bits of fresh orange for added texture and flavor, these ice pops are as visually stunning as they are delicious. With just 10 minutes of prep and a minimum of six hours in the freezer, theyβre an easy-to-make crowd-pleaser for summer parties, backyard barbecues, or any adults-only celebration. Perfect for entertaining, these tequila-infused pops offer a refreshing way to beat the heat while wowing your guests with their bold colors and tropical taste.
In a mixing bowl or large liquid measuring cup, combine orange juice and tequila. Stir well to combine.
Pour the orange juice and tequila mixture evenly into the ice pop molds, filling each mold about three-quarters full.
Add a small piece or two of chopped fresh orange into each mold if desired for added flavor and texture.
Carefully spoon 1/2 tablespoon of grenadine syrup into each mold. The grenadine will sink to the bottom, creating the signature 'sunrise' gradient effect.
Insert popsicle sticks into the molds. If the molds have built-in stick holders, secure them now.
Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 6 hours or until completely solid.
Once frozen, remove the ice pops from the molds by running warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds to loosen them.
Serve immediately and enjoy your vibrant and delicious Tequila Sunrise Ice Pops!
