In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Set aside.

In another mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, egg, and chopped basil. Stir until smooth and set aside.

Heat a large frying pan or grill over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil, then cook the burger patties for 4–5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remove from heat and set aside to rest.
