Preheat your oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or lightly spray them with nonstick cooking spray.
In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon until well combined. Set aside.
Melt the unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl or saucepan until fully liquefied.
Using a pastry brush, lightly coat one side of each tortilla with melted butter.
Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the buttered side of each tortilla. Be generous for a sweeter flavor.
