- 1 whole (medium, peeled and cored) Ripe pineapple
- 1 cup (hulled) Fresh strawberries
- 0.5 cup Blueberries
- 0.5 cup Raspberries
- 0.5 cup Blackberries
- 1 cup Fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Honey (optional)
- 1 cup Ice cubes
- 4 for garnish Mint leaves
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients. Peel, core, and chop the pineapple into chunks. Hull the strawberries and rinse all the berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries) under cold water.
Step 2: Add the pineapple chunks, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries to a blender.
Step 3: Pour the fresh orange juice and lemon juice into the blender along with the ice cubes.
Step 4: If you'd like a sweeter drink, drizzle in the optional honey.
