📝 Instructions

7 steps
1

In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, 60 grams of plain yogurt, tandoori masala powder, minced garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, salt, ground cumin, chili powder, cilantro, egg, and breadcrumbs.

2

Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into thick burger patties.

3

Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat and grease with butter or oil. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.

4

While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns in a separate skillet or on the grill until slightly crisp.

5

Prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing the remaining 60 grams of plain yogurt with 2 tablespoons of mint chutney. Adjust seasoning to taste if needed.

6

Assemble the burgers by spreading the yogurt-mint sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place a lettuce leaf on top, followed by the cooked chicken patty, slices of onion and cucumber, and finally the top half of the bun.

7

Serve immediately with your favorite side dish or enjoy on its own!
