Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray it lightly with cooking spray.
Open the package of crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles as per the perforations.
Place 1 piece of string cheese (halved stick) at the wide end of each triangle of dough.
Add 2 slices of pepperoni on top of each string cheese piece.
Carefully roll up the dough, starting at the wide end and tucking the corners in to seal, forming a roll-up. Pinch to close any open seams.
Place each roll-up on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down, leaving some space between them.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried Italian seasoning.
Brush the butter mixture generously over each roll-up and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
