Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through. Remove the sausages from the skillet and slice them into 1/2-inch-thick rounds. Set aside.
