Preheat your oven to 175Β°C (350Β°F).
Slice the baguette into 1 cm-thick slices, yielding approximately 16 pieces.
Arrange the baguette slices on a baking tray and brush each side lightly with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Toast the baguette slices in the oven for 7-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside to cool slightly.
Peel and very finely mince the garlic cloves. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic with the cream cheese, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and set aside.
Chop the roasted red capsicum into thin strips and slice the Kalamata olives into halves.
Spread a thin layer of the prepared cream cheese mixture onto each toasted baguette slice.
Top the cream cheese layer with a strip or two of roasted capsicum, a slice of smoked salmon, and a few olive halves.
Garnish each bruschetta with a small sprig of fresh dill.
Drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the prepared bruschetta and serve immediately.
