Made using simple, wholesome ingredients and strained for a silky-smooth finish, these popsicles are a beautiful and nutritious way to savor the bold flavors of ripe, juicy berries. Easy to make and packed with antioxidants, Purple Pops are a freezer staple you wonβt want to live without!
Wash the purple grapes, blueberries, and blackberries thoroughly under running water and drain them well.
In a blender, combine the grapes, blueberries, blackberries, water, lemon juice, and honey (if using). Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Using a fine-mesh sieve, strain the mixture into a bowl to remove the pulp and seeds, pressing down with a spoon to extract as much juice as possible. Discard the remaining solids.
Pour the strained juice into popsicle molds, leaving a bit of space at the top for expansion as they freeze.
Insert popsicle sticks into the molds. If your molds donβt have slots for sticks, freeze the mixture for 1 hour first, then insert sticks when the mixture is partially set.
Place the popsicle molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until fully solid.
To unmold the Purple Pops, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them, then gently pull the popsicles out.
Serve immediately and enjoy your fruity, refreshing Purple Pops!
