📝 Instructions

11 steps
1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

2

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated and resemble wet sand.

3

Press the crumb mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch (23cm) tart pan with a removable bottom. Use the back of a spoon to pack it tightly.

4

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, until lightly golden. Remove from oven and let cool completely.

5

In a large mixing bowl, beat the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

6

In a separate bowl, whip 100ml of the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated.

7

Spread the peanut butter filling evenly over the cooled crust. Smooth the surface with a spatula.

8

In a small saucepan over low heat, warm the remaining 100ml of heavy cream until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate. Let it sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy.

9

Allow the chocolate ganache to cool slightly, then pour it over the peanut butter filling. Spread evenly to cover the tart.

10

Refrigerate the tart for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.

11

Once set, remove the tart from the pan, slice, and serve!
