πŸ“ Instructions

7 steps
1

Spray a decorative bundt pan or mold lightly with cooking spray to ensure easy release.

2

In a medium mixing bowl, dissolve the strawberry or raspberry Jello mix in 2 cups of boiling water. Stir thoroughly until fully dissolved. Allow to cool slightly, then pour the mixture into the prepared mold as the first layer. Place in the refrigerator and chill for 30-40 minutes, or until set but not fully firm.

3

In another bowl, dissolve one packet of unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup of cold water. Let it bloom for 5 minutes, then add 1 cup of boiling water to dissolve. Stir in half of the sweetened condensed milk. Allow to cool slightly before pouring gently over the first layer. Return the mold to the refrigerator and chill for 30-40 minutes, or until set.

4

In a clean bowl, dissolve the lime Jello mix in 2 cups of boiling water. Stir thoroughly until fully dissolved. Allow to cool, then pour gently over the creamy layer in the mold. Chill again for 30-40 minutes, or until set.

5

Repeat the process with another packet of unflavored gelatin: bloom it in 1/2 cup of cold water, dissolve in 1 cup of boiling water, and mix with the remaining sweetened condensed milk. Pour this layer onto the lime Jello layer, then refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight to fully set.

6

To unmold, run a thin knife around the edge of the mold. Dip the bottom of the mold in warm water for 10-15 seconds, then invert onto a serving platter. Tap gently to release.

7

Garnish with fresh mint or cranberries for an added festive touch, if desired. Slice and serve chilled.
