Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently with your hands until everything is just combinedβavoid over-mixing.
Place the meat mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, and flatten it into a rectangular shape, about 1 inch thick.
