Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 individual triangles.
Place one slice of ham and one slice of cheese on the wider end of each crescent triangle.
Roll up each triangle starting from the wider end, wrapping the ham and cheese inside, and place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Add the garlic powder and mix well.
Brush the melted garlic butter over the top of each crescent roll.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
Optional: Sprinkle the baked crescent roll-ups with parsley for garnish.
Serve warm and enjoy!
