Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board. If they are thick, use a meat mallet to pound them to an even thickness.
Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken to prevent sticking.
