📝 Instructions

7 steps
1

Divide the ground beef into two equal portions and shape them into patties slightly larger than the buns. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

2

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef patties and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.

3

While the patties cook, heat another skillet over medium heat. Add bacon slices and cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

4

In the same skillet, carefully crack in the eggs and fry until the whites are set but the yolks are still soft, about 3 minutes.

5

While the eggs cook, cut the burger buns in half and spread butter on the cut sides. Toast them in a third skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 2 minutes.

6

Assemble the breakfast burger: Spread mayonnaise on each half of the toasted buns. Layer the bottom bun with lettuce, a slice of tomato, the beef patty with cheese, bacon, and a fried egg. Top with the remaining bun.

7

Serve the breakfast burgers immediately, accompanied by your favorite breakfast sides, if desired.
