πŸ“ Instructions

9 steps
1

Grease a 9x13-inch glass or non-stick dish lightly with vegetable oil or non-stick spray to prevent sticking.

2

Dissolve the red gelatin in 2 cups of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved. Add 1 cup of cold water. Pour half of this red mixture into the prepared dish and refrigerate for about 30-45 minutes, or until just set but not firm.

3

While the first red layer sets, dissolve the green gelatin in 2 cups of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved. Add 1 cup of cold water and set it aside at room temperature.

4

Prepare the white layer by sprinkling 1 packet of unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup of cold water in a small bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom. Then, dissolve it by stirring in 1/2 cup of boiling water. Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until smooth. Let cool to room temperature.

5

Once the first red layer is set, gently pour one-third of the white mixture over it. Use the back of a spoon to soften the pour and prevent the layers from mixing. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or until the white layer is set.

6

Pour half of the green gelatin mixture over the white layer once set, using the same spoon-pouring technique. Refrigerate for another 30-45 minutes, or until the layer sets.

7

Repeat the layering process: another third of the white mixture, the remaining red mixture, the final third of the white mixture, and then the remaining green mixture, chilling between each layer to set.

8

Once all layers are set, cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) before serving.

9

Cut into squares or festive shapes and serve chilled. Enjoy your Christmas Jello!
