Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or a small amount of olive oil.
Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions, until al dente. Drain and lay the noodles out flat on parchment paper to prevent sticking.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce evenly over the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
