In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, basil pesto, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until evenly incorporated.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a burger patty, about 1/2 inch thick.
