๐Ÿ“ Instructions

9 steps
1

Prepare the flavored gelatin separately. For each flavor, dissolve one packet of flavored gelatin (85 grams) in 250 ml of hot water. Stir well until fully dissolved, then add 250 ml of cold water and mix thoroughly.

2

Pour each flavor of prepared gelatin into separate shallow containers or square pans and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.

3

Once the flavored gelatin is firm, cut each flavor into small cubes (approximately 1 cm). Set aside.

4

In a small bowl, dissolve the unflavored gelatin in 120 ml of hot water. Stir until completely dissolved and let it cool slightly.

5

In a large mixing bowl, combine the dissolved unflavored gelatin with the sweetened condensed milk and 240 ml of cold water. Stir until smooth and well combined.

6

Gently fold the cubed flavored gelatin into the condensed milk mixture, taking care not to break the cubes.

7

Pour the mixture into a large mold or serving dish, ensuring the flavored gelatin cubes are evenly distributed.

8

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the salad is fully set and firm.

9

To serve, slice or scoop the Broken Glass Salad and enjoy this creamy, colorful dessert.
