📝 Instructions

8 steps
1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2

Cook the egg noodles in a large pot of salted boiling water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion together until the beef is browned and the onions are softened. Drain any excess grease.

4

Stir in the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, salt, and pepper into the ground beef mixture. Mix well and reduce the heat to low to allow the flavors to meld, about 5 minutes.

5

In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, layer half of the cooked egg noodles, followed by half of the ground beef mixture. Sprinkle half of the cubed Velveeta cheese over the top. Repeat the layers with the remaining noodles, beef mixture, and Velveeta.

6

If desired, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top for an extra cheesy finish.

7

Cover the casserole dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and melted.

8

Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your Yum a Setta!
