📝 Instructions

6 steps
1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, diced onion, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

2

Divide the turkey mixture into 4 equal portions. Take one portion and form a ball. Flatten it into a patty and create a small indent in the middle. Place 1 teaspoon of cream cheese in the indent, then gently fold the edges of the patty around the cream cheese to completely seal it. Flatten the patty slightly again. Repeat this process with the remaining portions.

3

Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat and add the olive oil. Once the oil is hot, place the patties in the pan, leaving space between them. Cook for 5-6 minutes on the first side, then carefully flip and cook for another 5-6 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

4

While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns either in a toaster or on a dry skillet.

5

To assemble the burgers, spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and 1/2 teaspoon of dijon mustard onto the bottom bun. Place a lettuce leaf and a cooked turkey patty on top. Add a slice of tomato and cover with the top bun.

6

Serve the burgers immediately with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
