Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it is browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
Add the taco seasoning and cook according to the package directions, usually with around 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water. Stir well and remove from heat.
Spread 1/2 cup of salsa evenly across the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
