Place the ribeye steak in the freezer for 20-30 minutes to make it easier to slice thinly.
While the steak chills, slice the green bell pepper and yellow onion into thin strips.
Remove the steak from the freezer and slice it as thinly as possible against the grain. Season the slices with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
