📝 Instructions

8 steps
1

Peel and slice fresh peaches, or use thawed frozen peaches if fresh are unavailable.

2

In a blender, combine the peaches, peach schnapps, orange juice, honey (or sugar, if using), and lime juice. Blend on high until you achieve a smooth mixture.

3

Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or sugar if necessary. If the mixture is too thick for blending, add 1-2 tablespoons of water at a time until the desired consistency is reached.

4

Pour the blended mixture evenly into six popsicle molds, leaving a small amount of space at the top to allow for expansion when freezing.

5

Insert popsicle sticks into the molds. If your mold doesn’t have a built-in holder for the sticks, freeze the mixture for 30 minutes first to allow it to firm up slightly before inserting sticks.

6

Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight, until fully set and frozen.

7

To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen them, then gently pull on the sticks to release the schnappsicles from the molds.

8

Serve immediately and enjoy responsibly!
