Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet and lightly spray it with olive oil.
In a shallow bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, Panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
In another shallow bowl, whisk the eggs until fully beaten.
Pour the flour into a third shallow bowl.
Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with a paper towel. Working one at a time, dredge each drumstick in the flour, shaking off any excess.
Dip the floured drumstick into the egg mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.
