Repeat the layering process (tortilla, meat mixture, sauce, cheese) until all ingredients are used, finishing with a tortilla topped with sauce and remaining cheese.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
