📝 Instructions

7 steps
1

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and marinate with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and cornstarch. Set aside for 10 minutes.

2

Peel and finely mince the garlic and ginger. Slice the broccoli into florets, julienne the carrots, and cut the red bell pepper into strips. Slice the green onions diagonally.

3

In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

4

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the pan. Toss in the garlic and ginger, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant.

5

Add the broccoli, carrots, and bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp.

6

Return the cooked chicken to the pan and add the remaining 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat everything through.

7

Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately with cooked white rice on the side.
