The flaky texture and rich flavor make them a crowd-pleasing addition to parties, game nights, or even as a hearty snack to indulge in on a lazy afternoon. Serve them warm and watch as they disappear within moments! Ideal for cheese lovers, this recipe is a must-try for fans of savory pastries and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, feta cheese, shredded mozzarella, egg, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until you have a smooth filling.
Unroll the phyllo pastry sheets and cover them with a damp cloth to prevent drying out.
Take one sheet of phyllo pastry and brush it lightly with melted butter. Fold it lengthwise into a long strip about 3 inches wide.
Place a tablespoon of the cheese filling at the bottom of the strip. Fold the pastry over the filling to form a triangle, then continue folding upwards in a triangular pattern until the strip is fully wrapped around the filling.
Brush the outside of the triangle lightly with more melted butter and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
Repeat the process with the remaining phyllo sheets and cheese filling.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the triangles are golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm as an appetizer or snack.
