Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
If using fresh broccoli, steam or blanch the florets in boiling water for 3-4 minutes until they are just tender, then drain. If using frozen broccoli, thaw and drain well.
