📝 Instructions

8 steps
1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, 0.5 tsp of salt, and 0.25 tsp of black pepper. Mix well and form into two equal patties.

2

Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef patties and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness. Once cooked, top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese and let it melt. Set aside.

3

In a separate skillet, cook the bacon strips over medium heat until they are crispy. Remove them from the skillet and let them drain on paper towels.

4

Melt 1 tbsp of butter in the same skillet where you cooked the bacon, then crack the eggs and cook to your preference (sunny-side-up or over-easy).

5

While the eggs are cooking, cut the English muffins in half and lightly toast them.

6

Spread 1 tbsp of mayonnaise on the bottom half of each English muffin. Add the lettuce leaf and two slices of tomato on top of the mayonnaise.

7

Place the cheeseburger patty on top of the tomato slices, followed by the cooked bacon strips, one fried egg, and finally drizzle with 1 tbsp of ketchup.

8

Finish by topping with the other half of the English muffin. Secure with a sandwich pick if needed, and serve immediately.
