📝 Instructions

7 steps
1

Peel and mince the garlic cloves.

2

Heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil in a small skillet over low heat.

3

Add the minced garlic and rosemary, and sauté gently for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the garlic softens and becomes fragrant. Be careful not to burn it.

4

In a food processor, combine the cannellini beans, sautéed garlic and rosemary mixture, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

5

Blend the mixture until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. If the dip is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of water and blend again until you reach the desired consistency.

6

Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and drizzle with a little more olive oil if desired. Optionally, garnish with a small sprig of fresh rosemary for presentation.

7

Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, pita bread, or as a spread for sandwiches and wraps. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
