📝 Instructions

11 steps
1

Soak the soya granules in hot water for about 10 minutes or until they soften.

2

Drain the water and squeeze out the excess moisture from the soya granules. Set aside.

3

In a large mixing bowl, combine soaked soya granules, mashed potatoes, grated paneer, and bread crumbs.

4

Add the finely chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, green chilies, and fresh coriander leaves to the mixture.

5

Sprinkle in the garam masala, cumin powder, red chili powder, chaat masala, and salt.

6

Drizzle in the lemon juice and mix everything thoroughly until well combined into a dough-like consistency.

7

If the mixture feels too wet, add more bread crumbs to achieve the desired consistency.

8

Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it around a bamboo skewer to form a cylindrical kebab. Repeat with the remaining mixture.

9

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Once hot, place the kebabs in the pan.

10

Cook the kebabs for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

11

Serve hot with mint chutney or yogurt dip.
