๐Ÿ“ Instructions

10 steps
1

Cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions. Drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside.

2

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sriracha, and sesame oil to make the sauce. Set aside.

3

Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels, then season with salt and black pepper on both sides.

4

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.

5

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

6

Add the carrot and red bell pepper to the pan, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly tender but still crisp.

7

Reduce the heat to medium, add the cooked udon noodles to the skillet, and pour the sauce over the top. Toss to coat the noodles evenly with the sauce.

8

Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and gently mix everything until heated through, about 1-2 minutes.

9

Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.

10

Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side for a zesty kick.
