📝 Instructions

9 steps
1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

2

Wash the spinach thoroughly, then chop it finely. Blanch it in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then drain and squeeze out as much excess water as possible.

3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spinach, crumbled feta cheese, ricotta cheese, egg, chopped dill, parsley, green onions, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly to form a cohesive filling.

4

Place a sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush it lightly with melted butter. Place another phyllo sheet on top and brush again with butter. Repeat with a third sheet.

5

Cut the stacked phyllo sheets lengthwise into 3 equal strips.

6

Place a heaping teaspoon of the spinach and feta filling at one end of each strip. Fold the corner of the strip over the filling to form a triangle. Continue folding the triangle over itself, maintaining the triangular shape, until you reach the end of the strip. Repeat with the remaining phyllo sheets and filling.

7

Arrange the filled triangles on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops generously with melted butter.

8

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the phyllo triangles are golden brown and crispy.

9

Allow to cool slightly before serving. Serve warm as an appetizer or snack.
