2. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix for 10 seconds on Speed 4 until fully combined to create the marinade.

3. Place the chicken thighs in a large mixing bowl. Pour the yogurt marinade over the chicken and mix until the chicken is fully coated. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best results).

4. When ready to cook, add the marinated chicken to the Thermomix Varoma tray. Ensure the pieces are spread out evenly for even cooking.
