📝 Instructions

7 steps
1

Wash and dry the strawberries. Leave the green tops intact as they will resemble the mice's 'noses' once assembled.

2

Take two chocolate chips and use melted chocolate to 'glue' them onto the pointed side of each strawberry to create the ears. Set aside and allow the chocolate to harden for a few minutes.

3

Insert two mini chocolate chips on the front of the strawberry, just below the ears, to create the eyes. Dab a small amount of melted chocolate if needed to help them adhere.

4

Carefully push two sliced almonds into each strawberry near the ears to mimic whiskers. Position them at a slight angle on either side of the strawberry's pointed tip.

5

Using melted chocolate, attach a small piece of licorice or candy string to the back of each strawberry (on the rounded side) to serve as the tail.

6

Place the completed strawberry mice on a serving platter and refrigerate for 10 minutes to allow the melted chocolate to fully set.

7

Serve chilled or at room temperature and enjoy these playful, fruity treats!
