In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs, cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Mix well until the consistency is smooth and the ingredients are fully incorporated.
Take a small amount of the mixture (approximately 2 tablespoons) and form it into an oval shape to mimic a mouseβs body. Repeat with the remaining mixture to create 12 mice.
