πŸ“ Instructions

10 steps
1

Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Lightly grease a standard bundt pan with cooking spray.

2

Open the cans of biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.

3

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Add the biscuit dough pieces to the bag in batches, sealing and shaking until each piece is well-coated.

4

If using nuts, sprinkle half of the chopped pecans or walnuts evenly in the bottom of the greased bundt pan.

5

Layer the coated biscuit dough pieces into the bundt pan, adding the remaining nuts (if used) intermittently.

6

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the brown sugar and vanilla extract until the mixture becomes smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat.

7

Pour the butter-brown sugar mixture evenly over the dough pieces in the bundt pan.

8

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.

9

Let the monkey bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, carefully invert the bundt pan onto a large serving plate and lift off the pan.

10

Serve warm. Pull apart with fingers or cut into slices.
