Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash the spinach thoroughly, then chop it finely. Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté the spinach with the minced garlic until wilted. Allow it to cool slightly.
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese, salt, pepper, and dill (if using). Mix well until the filling is creamy and evenly combined.
