Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a medium-sized casserole dish and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet corn, creamed corn, beaten eggs, milk, flour, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a uniform batter.
