Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the diced onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet. SautΓ© until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
