1. Thinly slice the chicken breast into strips and place them in a bowl.

2. In a smaller bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, cumin, paprika, half the salt, and half the black pepper. Pour this marinade over the chicken, mix well, and let it sit for 15 minutes.
