Bring the magic of winter to life with these irresistibly charming and festive Minty Snowmen! Made with creamy white chocolate, a touch of refreshing peppermint extract, and adorned with marshmallow “buttons,” crunchy pretzel arms, and candy details, these no-bake treats are as fun to assemble as they are to eat. Perfect for holiday gatherings or winter-themed parties, these edible snowmen feature a creative blend of sweet and salty textures, paired with the cool, refreshing flavor of peppermint. Quick to prepare and ideal for both kids and adults, Minty Snowmen are a delightful and whimsical dessert that will brighten your dessert table and spread holiday cheer.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring in between until smooth.
Stir in the peppermint extract to the melted white chocolate.
Scoop small amounts of melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet to form 6 larger circles (the bottom snowball) and 6 smaller circles (the top snowball), keeping them close to form snowman shapes.
While the chocolate is still wet, press a mini marshmallow onto each circle to act as buttons on the snowman’s body. Use a toothpick to ensure placement if needed.
Break the pretzel sticks in half and press them into the sides of the snowmen as arms.
Cut small pieces of orange candy melts into carrot-shaped noses and gently press them onto the top circle for the snowman’s face.
Press two chocolate chips onto each snowman’s face to make eyes.
Let the snowmen set completely on the tray to allow the chocolate to harden. This can take about 10 minutes in the fridge.
Meanwhile, mix powdered sugar and water to create thick icing glue.
Once the chocolate has hardened, use the icing to reinforce and attach any decorations that may have shifted.
Serve your Minty Snowmen as a festive treat or store them in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
