📝 Instructions

8 steps
1

Peel the mangoes and peaches. Remove the pits and dice them into small, bite-sized pieces. Transfer to a medium-sized mixing bowl.

2

Wash and dice the red bell pepper into small cubes. Finely chop the red onion. Add both to the bowl with the mangoes and peaches.

3

Finely chop the fresh cilantro leaves and add them to the bowl.

4

Slice the jalapeño pepper in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and finely dice the pepper. Add it to the bowl. (For a spicier salsa, leave some of the seeds.)

5

Zest and juice the lime, then pour the juice over the salsa mixture. Add the lime zest as well.

6

Sprinkle the salt over the mixture and stir everything gently to combine all the flavors. If desired, drizzle in honey for added sweetness.

7

Allow the salsa to sit for 10 minutes to let the flavors meld together. Taste and adjust salt or lime juice if needed.

8

Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled meats or seafood. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
