📝 Instructions

11 steps
1

Prepare a 9x13-inch pan by lightly greasing it with nonstick spray and wiping away any excess.

2

In a medium mixing bowl, dissolve the first box of flavored gelatin (e.g., cherry) in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until dissolved.

3

Add 1/2 cup of cold water and 1/2 cup of vodka to the dissolved gelatin mixture. Stir to combine.

4

Pour the gelatin mixture into the greased pan and refrigerate for approximately 20-30 minutes or until set but not firm. The layer should be sticky to the touch but stay intact.

5

While the first layer is setting, prepare the creamy white layer. Sprinkle 2 packages of unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup of cold water, letting it bloom for 2-3 minutes.

6

Add 1 cup of hot water to the bloomed gelatin and stir until fully dissolved. Then stir in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.

7

Once the first colored layer is set, pour about 1/3 of the creamy white gelatin mixture over it gently, using a spoon to diffuse the pour and prevent tearing. Refrigerate until set but not firm, about 15-20 minutes.

8

Repeat steps 2-7 for the remaining flavored gelatin colors (e.g., lime, blue raspberry). Alternate gelatin layers with the creamy white layer, allowing each layer to set fully before adding the next.

9

Once all layers are completed and fully set (about 4 hours total), gently loosen the edges with a knife. Place a serving tray on top of the pan and flip it over to release the cake. If it resists, dip the bottom of the pan in warm water for a few seconds.

10

Slice into squares or shapes of your choice and serve chilled.

11

Optional: Top with whipped cream and sprinkles for added flair!
