Preheat your oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet into a rectangle approximately 12x10 inches (if it isnβt pre-rolled).
In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook the hot Italian sausage, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and finely chopped onion to the skillet and cook for 2-3 more minutes until fragrant and softened. Remove from heat.
