In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the bok choy, cut-side down, and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly charred. Flip the bok choy and cook for another 2-3 minutes until tender but still crisp.

Return the tofu to the skillet with the bok choy. Pour the prepared glaze over the tofu and bok choy, stirring gently to coat everything evenly. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the glaze thickens slightly and everything is heated through.
