Slice the Cuban bread in half lengthwise to create a top and bottom piece.
Spread 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard evenly on the inside of each piece of bread.
Layer the roasted pork, deli ham, Swiss cheese, and pickles on the bottom half of the bread in that order.
Place the top half of the bread over the layered ingredients to assemble the sandwich.
Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on the outside of the top half of the bread. Flip the sandwich and spread the remaining butter on the outside of the bottom half.
