Lay one tortilla flat on a cutting board or clean surface.
Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter evenly over the entire surface of the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Add 1 tablespoon of jelly, spreading it evenly over the peanut butter. Be careful not to mix the two too much.
Peel a banana and cut it in half crosswise. Place one half horizontally near the edge of the tortilla (closest to you).
Roll the tortilla tightly around the banana, starting from the edge where the banana is placed. Repeat with the remaining tortillas, peanut butter, jelly, and banana halves.
In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon together until evenly combined. Set aside.
Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Let it melt and coat the pan.
Place two roll-ups seam-side down onto the skillet and cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove from heat and repeat with the remaining roll-ups, adding the second tablespoon of butter as needed.
Immediately after cooking each roll-up, sprinkle or roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture while theyβre still warm so it sticks.
Let the roll-ups cool slightly before slicing into bite-sized pieces or enjoying whole. Serve warm for the best taste!
